Shipping:
The Nine offers flat rate shipping. We require a signature upon delivery for any order over $1,000. You are given an option to sign or not sign for the package on check out for orders under this amount. Should you choose not to sign for your package please be aware The Nine is not liable for lost shipments when tracking dictates it has been delivered. The Nine is not responsible for the delayed delivery of packages due to the customer not being available for signature upon arrival, or due to any unforeseen weather or technical issue within the shipping company. If your package is sent back to The Nine for any of these reasons, you will be subject to paying for the re-shipment of your order.
UPS Ground shipping to addresses within the US is free (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico)
UPS 2nd Day Air is $30.
Fedex Overnight is $35.
Fedex International is $80.
All international shipments are sent the fastest Fedex option possible.
The Nine is not responsible for any additional taxes or duties associated with international deliveries. The Nine is not responsible for delayed delivery of packages due to customs or weather related issues.
We do not use customer provided shipping accounts.
Multiple Shipments within One Order:
should you order an item that is ready for immediate shipment along with items that are not- this order will be split into multiple shipments. The customer will be charged for the second shipment without notification. If you wish for us to hold your items and send as 1 shipment, this must be noted at the time your order is placed.
Secure Payment:
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We do not accept Discover cards, checks or money orders. Full payment is due before any order is processed and produced.
Returns:
All sales are final. We do not take returns

The Nine does not repair brass items, due to their plated finish, we are unable to polish or repair any styles from this collection. If your brass piece has broken within 1 month of purchase- The Nine will exchange your piece for a new one of the same style and color
